While we always aim for accuracy, there are times when an insurance company may provide incorrect information regarding your coverage. Please note that any information provided for quoting eligibility or benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Payment is determined by your plan's terms, and we cannot be held responsible for errors or misinformation from the insurance company. If you schedule an appointment before we can verify your benefits, you will need to pay the cash rate upfront. Any overpayment will be refunded once your insurance is processed.
*Ultimately, you are responsible for payment for the services you receive.
**Please note that herbal medicine, cupping and moxibustion are not covered by insurance. Additionally, some health plans and home visits may require an additional payment on top of the copay because the insurance reimbursement is insufficient to cover the entire treatment.
